The Brief: two typographic posters with differing briefs. The first was a poster for the Martin Luther King Jr. event at Penn State, and the other capturing a pivotal moment of human tragedy.
Execution One: A commemorative poster submission for Penn State University’s Martin Luther King Jr. event.
Core Concept: Interpreting the theme "Now More Than Ever" through a call for multi-racial unity and systemic action.
Execution Two: Imagery centered on the stark reality of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic attacks.
Core Concept: Using letter forms to represent the bombs as well as the people and buildings affected by the bombs.
